These sessions are highly collaborative and individualized, but consider this is as a possible outline:
Introductory call: it’s FREE and only takes 15 minutes. We take this time to learn more about each other, what you’re looking for, and how I can help your journey.
Initial assessment: One of my favorite quotes is “You can’t grow if you don’t know.” Thus, we take the time to establish a foundation of what your strengths and areas of improvement are. We then collaborate to set a game plan for how and what future sessions might focus on (which can change of course).
Coaching sessions: This is where the fun is! Each session lasts about 50 minutes, where we go over relevant mental skills by describing what they are, practice them in-session, and discuss how to continue practice in-between our time together. My aim is to have you leave each session with a key takeaway, personal insight, skill to practice, etc. These can be done weekly, bi-weekly or however frequent you wish — session packs never expire!

Although I apply principles and theory from the mental health space, our work together is different, in which it is based on teaching mental skills and mindset specific to your performance.
-
I meet most clients virtually; however, meeting in-person can be an option discussed during our introductory call. It’s all based on your preference!

Similar to putting in reps in the weight room or learning a new skill, time and practice is needed in order to improve and be confident with using mental skills. Everybody has a different starting level, but a minimum of 4 sessions provides a foundation to learn about the essentials. Some people prefer weekly, structured time to dive deep into the educational aspects, whereas others might prefer bi-weekly or monthly check-ins or before a big competition. It’s largely based on your goals.
